“You explained the information to the residents very well and used language for them to understand. It was great, and I can tell the residents were very pleased and that goes for me. The use of your personal experiences and thank you for sharing the memory of your mother. I know using your personal experiences and your mother in particular made a huge impact. It allowed us to see how passionate you are about helping our seniors. I could really tell my residents enjoyed themselves. They were very happy and still discussing the importance of future planning in the hallways. A resident said "Ed was such a gentleman". Thanks for all your help and being very polite and compassionate to the residents when explaining and listening to the personal stories of the residents." - Renee'(Capital Station coordinator)
